Pumpkin Patch? Winter Wonderland? 100th Day of School? Type any theme and we'll make a matching 7-page kit with the parent flyer, sign-up sheet, party plan, classmate cards, bingo, food labels and thank-you notes. Print it or save it as a PDF. It's free and nothing is sent anywhere.
Playdates · 9 pages
Make the “we should get the kids together!” actually happen. Hand out a cute invite or a contact card at pickup, share the important info, and have a few easy activities ready.
Before you print
Everything is US Letter. Choose “Actual size” (not “Fit”) so cut lines and cards line up. Black-and-white printing works for every page.
Use plain paper for activity pages and 65–110 lb cardstock for invitations, place cards, toppers, tags and banners.
Print as many copies as you like for your home, classroom or party. Please don’t resell or re-share the files. Send friends this page instead!
Food tents and party plans include suggestions only. Always check with parents and your school about allergies and food rules before serving anything.
